A small research collection becomes confusing when every file is called thumbnail. A simple record keeps the images tied to their source videos and makes comparisons more reliable.
Work one video at a time
Retrieve a thumbnail, verify it, and record the source before moving to the next link. ToolNivo processes an individual video per request; it does not build an automatic bulk-download archive.
Use consistent filenames
Include a short topic name, the video identifier, and the selected dimensions. Keep the exact URL in a companion note or spreadsheet. If you save multiple versions, label their sizes so a smaller image does not accidentally replace a larger one.
Compare fairly
Display research images at the same on-screen size while retaining their original files. Note different crops, borders, or historical versions rather than treating them as identical source material. When the collection is finished, check for duplicate identifiers and missing source records before sharing it with a collaborator.
