TOOLNIVO / TRANSPARENCY
Cookie policy
A precise description of cookies and browser storage in this release.
Effective date: September 26, 2026.
What ToolNivo currently sets
The local tool code does not write cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. Optional advertising may use storage as explained below. Local tools keep their active input and result in page memory. The guide filter also works in memory.
Platform and third-party behavior
The hosting platform may use cookies for access controls, sign-in, or security. Google and YouTube receive requests when you use the thumbnail downloader. Their behavior is governed by their own policies and your browser settings. External links take you to services outside ToolNivo.
No advertising or analytics trackers in this release
The optional AdSense integration is disabled in the supplied configuration. It loads Google advertising code only on the homepage, individual articles and tool introduction pages when the owner has enabled it with valid account settings. No marketing pixel or separate analytics script is included. The owner must configure the appropriate consent management service before enabling advertising.
If advertising is introduced
Advertising may involve cookies and other identifiers. Before adding it, the publisher must identify the actual providers, explain their processing, implement the required choices, and use an appropriate consent management system where required. Google provides guidance on consent management requirements.
Browser controls
Your browser lets you inspect and delete site data and manage third-party cookie settings. Changing these settings can affect sign-in or third-party features. Clearing browser data does not remove downloaded files or operating-system clipboard history.
For the broader data flow, read the privacy policy.
Optional advertising on editorial pages
Advertising is disabled by default. If the site owner enables Google AdSense, the homepage, article pages and tool introduction pages may load Google advertising services, which receive network and page information and may use cookies or similar storage subject to the applicable consent choices. The actual tool workspaces open in separate, ad-free documents and do not load this advertising integration. The 2FA generator is excluded completely.
The owner must configure the appropriate consent message before activation. See Google advertising information. This integration does not read tool inputs or attach file contents, text or authentication secrets to ad requests.
