TOOLNIVO / TRANSPARENCY
Terms of use
The scope and limits of using ToolNivo creator tools and guides.
Effective date: September 26, 2026.
Use of the service
ToolNivo provides informational guides and tools for inspecting video metadata returned by YouTube Data API and downloading available video thumbnail images. Use the service for lawful research and follow the terms of services you access through it. Do not misuse credentials, interfere with the website, or attempt to access information you are not authorized to obtain.
Results and availability
Results depend on the data returned at the time of the request. A video may be unavailable, omit tags, or have its metadata changed by its creator. Network failures and service restrictions can prevent a lookup. ToolNivo does not promise uninterrupted access or complete metadata for every video.
Thumbnail results depend on accessible image variants. Not every video offers the same resolution. Downloads preserve the selected available image rather than recreating an editable master or recovering missing detail. Browser restrictions can require a manual image-saving step.
Research is not a performance guarantee
The tool and guides do not guarantee search rankings, views, subscribers, revenue, or AdSense approval. Examples illustrate editorial decisions. They should not be treated as measured experiments unless explicitly identified as such with supporting evidence.
Third-party content and rights
Video titles, thumbnails, and other third-party material remain associated with their respective owners. Inspecting or copying a tag list does not grant a license to reuse a video, thumbnail, brand, or other protected work. Assess your intended use separately.
External services
Links to Google, YouTube, and other providers are supplied for context or functionality. Their services have separate terms and privacy practices. ToolNivo is independent and does not claim their endorsement.
Corrections and changes
We may revise the guides, tool behavior, and these terms as the project changes. Check the relevant page when a detail affects your decision. See Editorial policyOpen-source credits and Help & contact for the current support arrangements.
Applicable rights
These terms describe the service’s intended use and limitations. They do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Background removal results
Use images you are entitled to edit. Automatic foreground selection can remove subject details or retain background fragments. Inspect the result before use. The current tool accepts JPG, PNG and WebP up to 15 MB and 36 megapixels, and limits the working image to a longest edge of 2,048 pixels. Processing depends on browser support and device resources; completion and accurate edges are not guaranteed.
Document conversion limitations
The file converter supports the text, image and DOCX formats listed on its page. It is not Microsoft Word and does not guarantee identical formatting. Review the preview and exported PDF before using them. Direct PDF downloads contain page images rather than selectable text; use browser printing when appropriate. Keep your original document.
