Privacy policy

How ToolNivo handles local file processing, page visits, searches and requests for YouTube thumbnails.

Effective date: October 1, 2026. This policy describes the ToolNivo application as currently implemented. It will need updating before new tracking, advertising, account, or support features are introduced.

Information you enter

You may enter a YouTube video URL to retrieve its thumbnail. Other tools accept files or text for local processing as explained on their pages. ToolNivo does not require a YouTube API key.

Guide search text is also processed locally in the page. It is not sent to a ToolNivo search server. The application does not maintain a browsing history.

Requests to Google and YouTube

The thumbnail downloader requests several image variants from i.ytimg.com to check their availability and dimensions. Saving may request the selected image again. These image requests include the video identifier but do not use an API key. The application does not send the entered video URL to a ToolNivo backend. Your browser may retain normal download records and cached images.

Hosting and access

The hosting provider delivers the pages and may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, requested paths, and security-related data. Provider-managed sign-in or access controls may apply to a restricted deployment. ToolNivo does not control all provider retention periods or platform cookies. Cookies and analytics

ToolNivo's own tool code sets no custom cookies and includes no analytics. Optional advertising on the homepage, articles and tool introduction pages is described below. This statement does not mean that hosting, sign-in, or linked third-party services never use cookies. Read our cookie policy for the current scope.

Advertising status

The supplied advertising configuration is off by default. When disabled, the integration makes no advertising requests. An owner may enable Google AdSense on the homepage, article pages and tool introduction pages after configuring the account and applicable consent arrangements.

Your controls

You can avoid API requests by reading the guides without extracting tags. Use Clear key in the connection panel to remove the key from page memory, or reload the page. You manage the key itself, its restrictions, and any revocation through your Google Cloud project. Clipboard copying occurs when you choose a copy action.

Security and retention limits

Do not share private files or authentication secrets in public messages or screenshots. Clearing a field cannot erase records held by Google or the hosting provider. Browser extensions and device access may also affect the confidentiality of information within your browser.

Questions and changes

The current contact availability is listed on Help & contact. A dedicated publisher contact address has not yet been configured. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in its effective date and text.

Local background removal

The background remover opens and processes selected photos on your device. It does not upload the photo, image tensor, mask or result to our server. Images are held in active page memory. Clear photo removes the current selection and result; closing the page releases the application state. Downloaded PNG files remain on your device until you delete them.

The browser downloads the AI model and processing runtime from this site. These requests carry ordinary network information, but not your photograph. The browser may cache program files. This feature does not add application cookies, a saved photo history or analytics. Browser extensions and device software can affect privacy outside our control.

Word document conversion

The File to PDF converter reads a selected supported file in your browser and creates the preview and PDF locally. Documents and resulting PDFs are not uploaded to ToolNivo, stored on our server, or sent to a conversion API. The browser downloads the converter libraries from this site. External document resources are blocked. Reset or close the page to clear the active document; downloaded files remain on your device.

Scan to PDF

Camera photos and selected images are edited and combined into PDFs in your browser. No photos are uploaded. Working copies are held in page memory, without a saved scan history. Clear all pages or close the tab to discard them. Downloaded PDFs remain on your device. The PDF library is downloaded from this site when needed.

Image and PDF utilities

Image Resizer, Image Compressor, Images to PDF, Merge PDF and Split PDF read selected files in the browser and generate their results locally. These tools do not upload files or store a server-side file history. Their pages block application network connections; required scripts are downloaded from this site. Reset or closing the tab clears the active working state, while originals and downloaded files remain on your device.

Hashtag suggestions

The YouTube Hashtag Generator processes entered topics using local word rules. It does not send the topic to an AI API or retrieve live search data. Copy actions write to your clipboard only when requested.

QR codes

QR Code Generator encodes entered links or text locally in the browser without submitting that content to a generation service. There is no saved QR history, tracking redirect or scan analytics. Anyone receiving the QR image can read its encoded content with a compatible scanner.

Image Converter

Selected images are decoded and converted in browser memory. No image upload, conversion API or saved server history is used. The page downloads program files, including a format library when needed. Clear all or close the page to discard the active state. Downloaded files remain on your device.

PDF to Word and additional QR types

PDF to Word extracts text and generates DOCX locally, without submitting the PDF or text to a server. Program files and font resources load from this site. Reset clears the current document and download link. QR network names, passwords, addresses and message fields are encoded locally without sending a message or connecting to a network. A person who receives the QR image can read its contents, including a Wi-Fi password. There is no saved application history for either tool.

Passport Photo Maker

Photos are read, cropped and exported in your browser without uploading them. No face recognition, identity verification or photo history is used. Reset clears the active photo and output links. The PDF library loads from this site when you generate downloads.

Optional advertising on editorial pages

Advertising is disabled by default. If the site owner enables Google AdSense, the homepage, article pages and tool introduction pages may load Google advertising services, which receive network and page information and may use cookies or similar storage subject to the applicable consent choices. The actual tool workspaces open in separate, ad-free documents and do not load this advertising integration. The 2FA generator is excluded completely.

The owner must configure the appropriate consent message before activation. See Google advertising information. This integration does not read tool inputs or attach file contents, text or authentication secrets to ad requests.
