Links opened from messaging or social apps may use an embedded browser with different download behavior from your normal browser. A failed save there does not always mean the image itself is unavailable.
Confirm the preview
If the thumbnail displays correctly, note the selected resolution before attempting another save. Use the direct image link if available. Some embedded browsers show an image but expose only limited file-saving controls.
Open a regular browser tab
Copy the video URL and open ToolNivo in your usual browser, then repeat the request. This keeps the test focused on browser behavior without changing the intended video. The exact menu names vary by device and app.
Check the downloads area
Look for the saved file before making several more attempts. If it opens correctly in an image viewer, the task is complete even if the embedded app did not display a clear notification. Keep the source URL with the file for later identification.
