Upscaling creates a larger pixel grid from a smaller image. It can make a file fit a layout, but it cannot reliably recover the exact information that was absent from the source.
Identify the missing information
Small text, hair strands, and fine textures may already be blurred or compressed. Enlarging them also enlarges those limitations. Some enhancement tools invent plausible detail, which should not be confused with a verified original.
Choose the source first
Check whether ToolNivo found a larger available version. If you own the video, look for the original artwork or photograph. Those sources are preferable when accurate detail matters, such as preserving a product label or diagram.
Label edited derivatives
Keep the downloaded image and the enlarged copy as separate files. Inspect the output for altered lettering, halos, or unnatural edges. Use enlargement to meet a practical display need, not to claim that a low-resolution source has become the creator's original high-quality artwork.
