Create a 10 × 15 cm PDF photo sheet, choose actual-size printing and check the finished photo dimensions before cutting or using the copies.

Prepare the individual photo before the sheet

The print sheet repeats the crop you create in Passport Photo Maker. Finish the individual photo first: choose the required dimensions, adjust the face position and inspect the image with alignment guides switched off. Creating multiple copies does not fix an unsuitable crop or a blurry source.

Compare the finished picture with the current instructions for your application. This tool arranges images on paper, but it does not certify the background, expression, head measurements or other requirements. Keep a copy of the original photograph so you can prepare a different crop without repeatedly recompressing an earlier export.

Generate the PDF print sheet

Select Create photo & print sheet, then choose Download print sheet PDF. The PDF page measures 100 × 150 mm, which is exactly 10 × 15 cm. The tool places copies in a centered grid, leaving gaps between pictures and margins around the arrangement.

With the 35 × 45 mm preset, the sheet contains six copies in two columns and three rows. With the 2 × 2 inch preset, it contains two copies. Custom sizes produce a different count according to how many complete pictures fit. The editor shows the count before you create the downloads.

Do not confuse 10 × 15 cm with 4 × 6 inches

The names are sometimes used loosely when discussing photo paper, but the dimensions are different. A 4 × 6 inch sheet is 101.6 × 152.4 mm, slightly larger than 100 × 150 mm. ToolNivo's PDF uses the latter dimensions.

Choose a printer paper setting that matches the PDF's 10 × 15 cm page. If you only have another paper size available, do not assume that selecting Fit will preserve each photo's measurements. Ask the printing service or consult your printer's controls for placing the PDF at 100% without resizing its content.

Use Actual size instead of automatic fitting

Open the downloaded PDF in a viewer that exposes print scaling controls. Select Actual size or 100% if available. Disable Fit to page, Shrink to printable area or other settings that change the dimensions. Preview the entire arrangement to check that no photo is clipped.

Borderless printing can also enlarge content to extend it beyond the edge of the paper. Whether and how that happens depends on the printer. Review the available expansion settings rather than relying on the word borderless to mean exact-size output. If your device cannot produce the intended measurements reliably, a photo printing service may be the more practical option.

Measure one sample before printing more

Print a single sheet first. Before cutting, measure the width and height of one photo with a ruler. For a 35 × 45 mm preset, check both 35 mm across and 45 mm from top to bottom. A correct overall sheet size does not prove that the images inside it were printed without scaling.

If a photo measures incorrectly, return to the print settings and look for scaling or paper-size mismatches. Do not compensate by stretching the original image or changing its proportions. Once the sample has the intended dimensions and acceptable appearance, print any additional copies and cut carefully around the photo boundaries.

Frequently asked questions

Should I print the JPG or the PDF? The JPG contains one image with resolution metadata, but printing software may interpret or override its intended size. The PDF explicitly places copies on a page at defined physical dimensions, making it the intended choice for this sheet workflow. It still requires correct print settings.

Are the green alignment guides included? No. The guide oval and lines appear only in the editor preview. The JPG and PDF contain the cropped photograph without those guides.

Can I print on any type of paper? Follow the paper and finish requirements provided for the application. The tool does not assess paper quality, printer output or official suitability.

Does the website store my photo to make the sheet? No. Cropping and PDF generation happen in the browser. Reset clears the active selection and download links; files you already downloaded remain on your device.
