Recover a cutout when browser download behavior differs and verify the saved file rather than capturing the preview.
Understand the browser handoff
The tool creates a PNG and asks the browser to download it. Some browser or embedded-app environments may open the image, show a share menu or require another save action. That behavior does not necessarily mean image processing failed. Check whether the final result is visible and whether the page reports that the download started.
Save the actual image
Use the browser's available image save action on the result or opened image. On a phone, a press-and-hold menu may offer a suitable option; desktop browsers commonly provide a context menu. Menu wording varies, so verify the destination afterwards. Avoid taking a screenshot as a substitute because it captures the display background instead of preserving the PNG alpha channel.
Inspect the downloaded copy
Find the file in the browser's downloads or your device's file manager. Open it in an editor on a colored layer to verify transparency if that was the selected export. Check the dimensions too: saving a preview screenshot would usually produce a different size.
If an embedded browser repeatedly causes problems, open ToolNivo in the device's normal browser and repeat the task with the original file. Keep the page open until the file is saved. The result exists in page memory during the session and is not recoverable from a ToolNivo image history after the tab is closed.
