Exporting is the point where a flexible design becomes a single image. A quick check can catch hidden mistakes that were easy to miss while working with layers and guides.
Review visibility
Turn off construction guides, unused alternatives, and temporary notes. Confirm that the correct photo and label are visible. Check the edges of the canvas for stray marks or transparent gaps.
Choose the intended output
Use settings appropriate to the destination's current requirements. Keep the editable project intact rather than flattening your only working copy. Give the export a name that distinguishes its version from earlier drafts.
Open the exported file
Inspect the actual image outside the design application. Confirm dimensions, legibility, and the absence of unexpected borders or color changes. Compare it with the approved project view. If you need another export, make it from the master rather than repeatedly recompressing the previous file, which can accumulate visible damage.
