Combine several document photos into one PDF. Add pages, arrange their order and review every image before downloading a single file in your browser.

Prepare a complete set of photographs

Combining photos into one PDF is useful when a document has several pages but the recipient wants one attachment. Photograph each sheet separately so that its text fills most of the image. Avoid trying to fit two small pages into one distant photograph; the text can become difficult to read after resizing.

Check that your set includes the first page, all middle pages and the final page. For a double-sided document, photograph each side that contains information. A filename such as page-01.jpg can help you organize the originals, but always inspect the actual order shown by the scanner.

Add the pages to Scan to PDF

Choose photos allows multiple supported images to be selected together. You can also use Take a photo repeatedly to add sheets one at a time. ToolNivo currently accepts up to 20 pages, with a 15 MB limit per image. A selection containing an unsupported or oversized image may add the valid photos while showing an error for the others, so check the resulting page count.

The scanner keeps working copies in the active browser tab. Do not refresh or close the tab before saving your PDF. There is no account-based scan history from which to recover an unfinished document.

Put every page in the correct order

In Your pages, select a page to see and edit its preview. Use Move up or Move down to change its position. The displayed order becomes the order in the exported PDF; moving a page does not change the contents of its photograph.

Remove duplicates and photographs that are too blurry to use. Crop and rotate each page individually. For example, in a three-page form, check that page two has not been added twice and that the signature page appears last. Different page orientations are supported, but the text should still be upright on each page.

Download the combined document

Select Create PDF after finishing your edits. The scanner adds each photo to a separate A4 page and offers one download. If you edit or reorder pages afterward, create the PDF again because the previous download is invalidated.

Open the saved PDF, confirm its page count and inspect the transition between pages. Give the file a useful name when saving or rename it on your device. Keep the source photos until the recipient has the correct copy. Clear all pages when you have finished working in the scanner.
