Numbers can make a promise concrete, but they also create an expectation that the video must satisfy. A strong-looking numeral should not replace checking the underlying claim.
Define what the number counts
Distinguish steps, examples, products, attempts, and time. Five tips is different from five complete demonstrations. A duration label should reflect what the viewer can reasonably expect, including any necessary preparation.
Make units clear
A bare number can be ambiguous. Add the unit or context when it matters, while keeping the label readable. Avoid implying a measured result if the video only offers an estimate or personal impression.
Verify against the final edit
Count the actual items after editing, since removed sections can invalidate an earlier label. Check the title and description for the same number. Store the supporting note with the thumbnail project so later revisions do not preserve a claim that no longer matches the video.
