A reusable template should save setup time while allowing the subject to determine the composition. A rigid layout that forces every episode into the same pose can become a constraint.
Store the stable settings
Include the canvas setup, approved type styles, brand colors, and export notes. Keep optional label areas on separate layers. Use meaningful layer names so another editor can understand the structure quickly.
Leave the subject flexible
Test the template with a portrait, a product close-up, and a wide scene. If one arrangement fails, create a documented alternate layout rather than stretching the image or shrinking the text unpredictably.
Protect the master
Duplicate the template for each episode and keep the original unchanged. Record any improvements you want to apply to future projects. Save the final export separately from the working file, and verify that no placeholder wording or temporary image remains visible before publication.
