Convert a collection of JPG or PNG images into a single PDF, arrange the pages and check the output before saving or sharing the document.
Choose the images for your document
Images to PDF is useful when you have several pictures but need one attachment. Start with a complete set of files and remove obvious duplicates before selecting them. Check that small text is readable in the original images; putting a blurry photo inside a PDF does not make it sharper.
ToolNivo accepts JPG, PNG, WebP and BMP. You can add up to 20 images, with a 15 MB and 24-megapixel limit per image and a 100 MB total selection limit. Keep the original files if you might need another export later.
Build the page list
Open Images to PDF and select the files. The tool displays a preview and filename for each item. You can add more files to the current list, so there is no need to prepare everything in one selection.
Each image becomes one page. Drag items into the required order or use Move up and Move down. The buttons also work when drag-and-drop is inconvenient on a phone. Remove any duplicate or unrelated images before generating the PDF.
Understand the export format
Images are fitted onto A4 pages without stretching. A wide image receives a landscape page, while a tall image receives a portrait page. Working copies are resized to a maximum 2,400-pixel longest edge and encoded as JPEG with a white background.
This produces an image-based document, not a searchable text document. Transparent backgrounds become white, and there is no OCR layer. If you need to crop or rotate photographed paper before export, use Scan to PDF instead.
Download and review
Choose Create PDF, then download the result. Open the saved file and check the first page, final page and page count. If you reorder or remove an image afterward, generate a new PDF so the download reflects your current selection. Reset clears the working list but leaves your originals and saved PDF on your device.
