How do I scan a document to PDF on my phone?
Choose Take a photo to open your phone's camera when supported. Place the paper flat in even light and photograph it straight on. Trim the edges, rotate if needed, add more pages and choose Create PDF, then Download PDF.
Can I combine several photos into one PDF?
Yes. Add up to 20 photos, arrange them with Move up and Move down, then create one PDF. Each image fits onto its own A4 page without stretching.
Are my document photos uploaded?
No. Photo editing and PDF creation happen in your browser. ToolNivo serves the page and its code, but receives no document photos. Clear all pages or close this tab to discard the working copies.
Does it detect paper edges or recognize handwriting?
No. Use the manual rectangular crop controls. There is no automatic perspective correction or text recognition (OCR). The PDF contains images; text is not searchable or selectable.
Why will my phone photo not open?
Use JPG, PNG, WebP or BMP. HEIC and HEIF are not supported by this tool; export a JPEG copy or choose a compatible camera format. If direct camera capture is unavailable, take the picture with your camera app and select it using Choose photos.
Can I convert text or Word files instead?
Use File to PDF for TXT, DOCX and other supported documents. Read our PDF conversion guides for export tips.
