Invoice Generator With Logo: Create a Branded PDF
An invoice generator with logo support can help customers recognize the business issuing a bill. ToolNivo lets you add a PNG, JPG or WebP image to the invoice header, then include it in the downloaded PDF. The logo is optional and does not replace your written business details.
Choose a suitable logo file
Use PNG when you need a transparent background around a symbol or lettering. JPG works for a logo on a solid background, while WebP is another supported option. Upload the actual image file rather than a screenshot of your whole website or social profile.
The tool accepts a logo up to 5 MB and 16 megapixels. It processes the image locally, normalizes it to PNG and reduces images larger than 1600 pixels on their longest edge. A small, clean source image is usually more useful than a huge photo with the logo somewhere in the middle.
Add your logo step by step
- Open the free invoice generator and complete the sender's name and company details.
- Select the logo upload field and choose a supported image.
- Check the logo in the live preview alongside the business information.
- Fill in the client, line items and totals.
- Download the PDF and confirm that the logo is readable at normal viewing size.
Transparent PNG pixels are preserved during processing. A white symbol on a transparent background may disappear against the white invoice page. In that case, use a darker approved version of your own logo or prepare a version on a contrasting background.
Fix common logo problems
If the logo looks tiny, the source file may contain wide empty margins. Crop those margins in an image editor before uploading again. ToolNivo's invoice editor places the image in its header area; it is not a logo design or advanced cropping tool.
If an image is too large to upload, prepare a smaller copy using the Image Resizer. If you need a different file format, the Image Converter may help where that format is supported. Do not simply rename a file extension: that does not convert its contents.
If lettering is blurry, start from a clearer source image. Making a low-resolution logo larger cannot restore missing detail. Also check long company names in the preview rather than shrinking the logo until neither element is useful.
Keep the invoice clear
The invoice uses a consistent document layout. Adding your logo does not turn it into a theme editor with custom fonts, page colors or several template designs. The main goal remains readable billing information: who supplied the work, who owes the payment and what the amount covers.
Review the downloaded PDF separately from the browser preview, especially if your logo has fine lines or transparency. Its image is embedded in the PDF, so the customer does not need access to your original image file. Save the completed invoice before leaving because the editor does not automatically keep your logo or draft.
