How to convert images to PDF
Select one or more supported images. Add more if needed, then drag the items into order or use Move up and Move down. Remove duplicates and select Create PDF. Download the file and review its page order in a PDF viewer.
A practical export for sharing
The converter creates image-based pages without text recognition. Working images are scaled to a maximum 2,400-pixel longest edge and encoded as JPEG on a white background to keep mobile memory and file size manageable. Retain your original images when full resolution or transparency matters.

Common questions.
How many images can I add?
Add up to 20 images, with a 15 MB and 24-megapixel limit per image and a 100 MB combined selection limit. Device memory can impose a lower practical limit.
Can I reorder photos on a phone?
Yes. Use Move up and Move down on touch devices or a keyboard. Drag and drop is also available where the browser supports it.
Will the PDF contain searchable text?
No. It contains pictures of your pages and has no OCR layer. For typed source documents, try File to PDF and its browser print option.
Can I photograph and crop paper first?
Use Scan to PDF for direct camera capture, manual cropping, rotation and appearance adjustments before combining paper scans.
